The profile we seek

The tools of the professional

Beyond qualifications, attitude.

We are looking for officers who are available, punctual and self-reliant. Able to assess a situation without dramatising it, to anticipate without causing alarm, to step in without imposing themselves. Discretion is not an optional trait: it is the very condition of our profession.

A valid professional licence issued by CNAPS, a clean criminal record, smart presentation, a command of professional French and — depending on the assignment — of a second language (English, Italian, Russian). Full driving licence (French category B) required. Previous experience in security or high-end hospitality is appreciated. A military background is valued.

We are recruiting

Security officer (APS)

Guarding of villas, prestigious retail premises and business sites. A discreet, watchful presence; APS professional licence required.

Event security officer

Private receptions, galas, trade shows. Access control, crowd flow management, VIP and backstage areas.

Fire safety officer (SSIAP 1 / 2 / 3)

Fire safety officer (SSIAP 1), fire safety team leader (SSIAP 2), head of fire safety (SSIAP 3) — for public-access buildings (ERP) and high-rise buildings (IGH), hotels, palace hotels and exceptional sites. Up-to-date qualifications.

Dog handler

Detection, deterrence and perimeter surveillance assignments with a canine partner. Dog-handling qualification required.

Mobile response officer · Patrol officer

Surveillance patrols across several sites, alarm verification, guarding. Mobility, a full driving licence (French category B) and responsiveness are essential.

Video surveillance operator

Monitoring from the security control room and operation of video surveillance systems. Professional licence issued by CNAPS required.

Site supervisor

Supervision of a team of qualified officers. Experience and a sense of responsibility required.
